With over than 30 years of experience in top management consulting, Marcelo founded Virtus Partners in 2007.

He has extensive experience leading the development and implementation of high impact transformation processes: strategy re-definition, organizational changes and organizational excellence.

He is a member of the Council of the MIT Sloan Latin America Office and Board Member of ChileMass.

He is a Civil Industrial Engineer from Universidad de Chile and Master of Science in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Previously, he was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for 18 years in its offices in Madrid, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, Lima and Santiago.
